Your calibration baseline may be drifting. Open the app → Settings → Recalibrate. Sit in your best posture for 10 seconds and let it re-learn.
Verta stops working on that Mac after 12 months. You'll see a "Trial / licence ended" screen inside the app. Buy another licence at any time to pick back up - your calibration and stats are preserved on your Mac.
One licence activates one Mac. If you want Verta on both a laptop and a desktop you'll need a separate licence for each.
