I can't see the camera feed after granting permission

Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera, toggle Verta off and on, then restart the app. Apple occasionally fails to wire the permission on the first grant.

Verta keeps flagging me for posture I think is fine

Your calibration baseline may be drifting. Open the app → Settings → Recalibrate. Sit in your best posture for 10 seconds and let it re-learn.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Use the "Manage subscription" link in any Paddle receipt email, or request cancellation via the contact form above.

Can I use Verta on more than one Mac?

Yes — a single subscription covers up to 3 Macs you own. Activate each one with the same licence key.
