If you're unhappy with Verta for any reason, we'll refund your subscription in full within 30 days of your first paid charge. No questions, no forms, no pressure.
Email us via the support form — include the email address you used at checkout or your licence key. We'll process the refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 days depending on your bank.
Alternatively, you can request a refund directly from Paddle (our payment processor) using the link in any receipt email.
We offer a 7-day free trial on all subscriptions. Your card is captured at signup but not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel at any point during the trial, you won't be charged and there's nothing to refund.
After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time via Paddle's customer portal (link in any receipt email) and you'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
We don't proactively refund renewal charges, but if you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend and haven't used Verta since, email us and we'll process a full refund as a courtesy.
If you're a consumer in the UK, EU, or EEA, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including the right to cancel digital services within 14 days under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or EU Consumer Rights Directive. These rights may be waived where you expressly consent to the supply of digital content before the end of the cancellation period (which happens when you start using Verta during the trial).
